Jennifer Rzepka, CAE

Jennifer Rzepka, CAE is the President and owner of Association Resource Center, Inc. (ARC) and brings over 25 years of experience in nonprofit and association management, all within the same firm. Her long-standing dedication reflects her deep commitment to building lasting client relationships and driving meaningful results.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2010, recognizing her expertise and leadership in the field.

In 2013, she led ARC through a successful accreditation by the AMC Institute, a mark of excellence held by a select number of association management companies. She became co-owner in 2015 and now leads the company as President and sole owner, guiding its strategic growth and client service model.

Jennifer provides comprehensive management services to associations, with a focus on Board relations, annual planning, meeting and conference coordination, and committee support. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and collaborative leadership style, she helps organizations operate more effectively and achieve their missions.

She is an active member of both the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), staying engaged in industry best practices and professional development.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her children and cats, sipping chartreuse, and playing poker, a winning combination of family, flavor, and fun. She’s also on a personal quest to master the art of cooking the perfect over-easy egg.
