Flexible Hours
We understand that life doesn’t always fit into a strict 9–5 schedule. After completing your probationary period, ARC offers flexible working hours to help you find your rhythm.
Employees are expected to work 8 hours per day between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
Core hours of availability are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
This approach allows for flexibility while maintaining collaboration across teams.
Remote Work Options
We value focus and flexibility. That’s why eligible exempt employees (post-probation) can work remotely up to two days per week, with the potential for more depending on your role and seniority.
Remote work is subject to management approval and business needs.
It may be modified or discontinued based on performance or company requirements.
Priority is placed on ensuring client service and team collaboration remain seamless.
Casual Dress Code
When there are no client meetings scheduled, ARC embraces a casual dress code. That’s right—jeans are welcome Monday through Friday! We believe you do your best work when you're comfortable.
FUN Committee
Yes, we take fun seriously. Our FUN Committee, made up of team volunteers, is dedicated to keeping our culture vibrant and connected. With an annual budget to work with, this team plans memorable events and in-office activities throughout the year.
