Marie Odden, CAE

Marie Odden, CAE, has served as an Executive with Association Resource Center (ARC) since 2008, bringing more than 17 years of experience in association management. She specializes in leading medical associations, with particular expertise in anesthesiology organizations at both the state and national levels. In addition to her client responsibilities, Marie is a member of ARC’s Management Team, where she supports staff oversight and contributes to strategic planning and organizational initiatives.

Marie works closely with clients to advance their organizations’ missions and goals, providing leadership across board governance, strategic planning, committee management, financial oversight, membership development, communications, publications, events, and website administration. She also has extensive experience guiding clients through the Continuing Medical Education (CME) accreditation process and ensuring compliance with Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) standards.

Marie earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2022 and is a member of the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).

Her leadership and professional contributions have been recognized with WSAE’s Young Professional Award in 2025 and selection as a 2026 Association Forum Forty Under 40 honoree.

Outside of her professional commitments, Marie enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their Husky mix.
